BIO: Caitlin Alexander


​Caitlin Alexander is a children’s author and award-winning journalist. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and the Horror Writers Association. Her debut middle grade novel SHE'S STILL HERE released with Monarch Educational Services in February 2023. It was selected by an editorial board to be featured in Kirkus Reviews' print magazine.

Additionally, Caitlin and her husband, Ian, co-wrote a picture book celebrating interfaith families at the holidays titled BABY CELEBRATES BOTH: CHRISTMAS AND HANUKKAH (Caterpillar, 2024).

Caitlin loves uplifting young girls through literature, ghost stories, and sweet treats. Caitlin lives with her husband, two beautiful children, and pup in southeast Minnesota.
