Intern, Jalynn Knight
Jalynn Knight grew up reading by flashlight under the covers way past her bedtime. This childhood passion led her to pursue a degree in English and Creative Writing with a minor in Mathematics at the University of Tulsa, where she deepened her love of storytelling and developed a keen eye for structure and detail. She can always be found with a book in hand wherever she goes.
Previously, Jalynn was a children’s editorial intern at Sourcebooks and gained hands-on experience in manuscript evaluation, market research, and the publishing process. With a keen eye for character-driven narratives and fresh perspectives, she is drawn to stories that both challenge and excite. She currently works as a bookseller and loves finding the perfect recommendation for both new and seasoned readers.
When her nose isn’t stuck in a book, Jalynn enjoys picking up a wide variety of new hobbies. Some of her favorites include film photography, snowboarding, and video gaming.”
