Peggy Hanna

Peggy Hanna married her high school sweetheart. Together they raised five biological children, four adopted children and dozens of foster children. Originally from Chicago, they’ve lived in Springfield, OH, since 1965. UNDER "S" for SUCKER is her first middle grade novel/manuscript and is available for acquisition through TPA.

Peggy works nine months of the year as the Academic Department Assistant for Sociology and Geography at Wittenberg University. Her first book, Patriotism, Peace and Vietnam:  A Memoir, chronicles the story of a mid-west city that struggled with its conscience during those volatile years. A community activist, she remains a leader in local peace and justice organizations.

For fun, besides writing and reading, Peggy loves hiking, traveling, and surprise birthday gifts like the one her kids gave her on her 60th – skydiving. To find out more about Peggy Hanna, visit her website at www.PegHanna.com.
