Steven Salmon has been named the TPA Bi-Annual Scholarship Winner for July 2025!
Over the years, the program has recognized emerging talent, including past winners Dannie Olguin, Paul DeStefano, Brittany Plumeri, Ellen Zheng, Christine Alemshah, Jamie Bills, and Melissa Trempe.
